We tailor an approach that helps us to present clients with qualified candidates for each assignment that we undertake. We address the following key elements in each assignment:

Develop Position Specifications

We discuss and agree key details of the position, before the search is started. This information is shared with sources and candidates, after client approval.

Identify Qualified Candidates

We identify qualified candidates through a variety of sources, research and direct contacts. We use a range of proprietary, traditional and electronic bases of knowledge tailored to the needs of each assignment.

Evaluate and Present Qualified Candidates

We interview and evaluate selected candidates. We then present the most qualified to the client, along with written evaluation reports.

Conduct Reference Checks

It is our practice to speak directly with individuals who are, or have been in a position to evaluate the candidate's job performance. We then report our findings to the client.

Bring on board the preferred Candidate(s)

We are available to assist in negotiating compensation, as well as other aspects of completing the employment offer.

Guaranteed Quality

We stand by the quality of our work by a "Replacement Guarantee" (to consider replacing as appropriate if a candidate leaves within the first year of employment); an "Off Limits Guarantee" (not to solicit candidates from a client without its consent within the first two years of employment); and the fact that most of our business is from repeat clients.

Code of Ethics


We follow the Code of Ethics of the Association of Executive Search Consultants.

We are guided by these principles, and would ask to be alerted if our actions appear inconsistent with them.

The Code requires retained executive search consultants to conduct their activities with:
